So sometimes I don’t sleep, and this time I was perusing my youtube channel and noticed that I hadn’t posted this Boney M video on the weapon yet. Sorry! I uploaded a stolen copy to my youtube account in February of 2006, back when like, 10 people had youtube, and 2 years later it has over 3 million views and nearly 3 thousand comments. I think it gets something like 12 thousand new hits a week. Ridick. Dig the video for Boney M’s hit about Russian maniac, Rasputin. Oh and get this: it was produced by Frank Farian of Milli Vanilli fame. ::cues laughter::
Anyway, if you haven’t already heard it, you’re in for a treat. As for albums worth buying, I’d say get the Boney M Christmas album, basically because it rules. But this song isn’t on it. Oh and dudes – note the breakdown: it’s got more funk than a vagrant’s socks. Cut a rug, if that’s what you gotta do.
