Throbbing Gristle LA Show Confirmed

Psychic TV is my favorite band ever, so you can imagine how please I am to announce that Throbbing Gristle has added a Los Angeles show to their list of current tour dates. STOKED! In addition to night 3 at Coachella (same night as [tag]The Cure[/tag] AND [tag]My Bloody Valentine[/tag]), they will be playing April 21st at the Ricardo Montalblan Theatre. Details are as follows:

TUESDAY 21st APRIL – LOS ANGELES
Ricardo Montalblan Theatre – 1615 North Vine Street, Hollywood

 

TG will perform new live soundtrack to Derek Jarman’s 60min alchemical film ‘IN THE SHADOW OF THE SUN’ (filmwork 1974, TG soundtrack 1980 & 2006). There will also be for sale special ‘TG USA 2009′ merchandising (all new TG CD album, TG T-shirt specific to this event, TG Tour Enamel Badge, TG Tour Embroidered Patch)

 

Door is at 9:30pm, and tickets will be $35 and they have NOT gone on sale yet – check back for updates on when and where to snag one for yourself…
