Last night I discovered that I have three very different and totally awesome versions of The Beatles’ harmonica-pop gem from A Hard Day’s Night – “I Should Have Known Better.” It should go without saying that version 1 is, of course, the original.
Version 2 is a great duet, by She & Him, who will be performing at the 2010 Lou Fest on August 29th in St. Louis. M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel alternate vocal lines over a laid-back, galloping beat with Hawaiian-inspired guitar slides. Totally different take on a classic track.
My favorite is version 3, by The Skatalites. Horns replicate John Lennon’s vocal lines while the rhythm section skanks it out. Basically, this track rules. Which of the three versions do you like best? Or do you know of a better one? I’m all ears….!

I get pleasure from reading these blogs as aid me complete the flash and shockwave game developing that I do quite alot of, however it’s a dissapointment all the rubbish comments that these internet sites are starting to accumulate although, they ought to the problem.
