Yeasayer in L.A. this week

I never expect anything new to be even borderline decent, so when c4 threw up that Free Blood post and included a track from Yeasayer on the end, I didn’t expect to dig it as much as I did. Yeasayer is Anand Wilder, Chris Keating, Ira Wolf Tuton, Luke Fasano, and they are definitely more than decent. They make like, what Bollywood and Tinariwen would’ve collaboratively contributed to new wave. Check out the official Yeasayer Site and get stoked because they are still playing with No Age and Free Blood at the Ukrainian Center in L.A. on Friday (see the flier in this article). If you can’t wait to get your Yeasayer gear because you absolutely MUST wear a Yeasayer shirt to the show, I don’t blame you, and order it here but don’t cry like a little bitch when it isn’t here on Friday.
