Fareed and Connor are Headless Horseman, and you should give a shit about that because Headless Horsemen makes some good tunes. Truth be told, I don’t know shit about electronic music. I’m not gonna lie. I mean, the mash-up remixy what sample is this kinda electro is not something on which I profess to be the oracle. But I do know when shit sounds good, and if after you listen to the track Wavlngth you can say you aren’t into it then you probably shouldn’t be reading this blog like, ever, cause this sound kinda embodies exactly what we define as “really fucking good.” It’s got that same certain somethin’ that likes of Songs:ohia, Portishead, Sigur Ros, Beach House, Vivian Girls, and Fools Gold all shared at first – but now, as then, I can’t quite put my finger on what that something is. Let’s just hope that the next we hear from these guys is this good. That’s all I’m sayin.
