New kids on the blog.

Cody gets busy. So what better way to serve my inaugural post than with a certified banger?
Brighton, London’s Midfield General, alter-ego of Damian Harris, just blessed the dance floor with his new single “Disco Sirens” off the forthcoming album General Disarray. I can’t even begin to describe how major this track’s gonna’ dominate the dance sesh. Track’s credits are bananas. Word is, Damian assisted in producing that little Justice hit last year, so in return Xavier De Rosnay (of Justice fame) lent a helping hand laying down the bass/drum patterns. Love it or not, dude’s got more funk than a vagrants socks. Damian also commissioned that little fire crotch Liva of the Bumblebeez to provide the vocal suite. This jawn rides the track like a champ and instills the super grimy gully vibe. Still not convinced? Soulwax mixed it. Booyah.
Don’t sleep! Disco Sirens single due out on Skint Records 04/14/08 with edits from Chicken Lips, Boy 8bit, and D.I.M.
Turn your fucking speakers up.

Already loved the song halfway through reading your post. The track was amazing though, too! Ready for your next offering, sir.
